The LF Plus digital testing machine is an easy to use solution for material testing applications up to 225lbf capacities. The machine uses interchangeable XLC series load cells ( you must order at least one load cell to have a functional machine ). Includes load cell mounting bracket. Tension and compression testing with cycling to load and extension limits are standard features. The large work area and 7 in deep throat accomodates large specimens and can be supplied with an optional expanded work table, T-slot table or stainless steel drip pan. An impressive 0.05 to 1270mm/in ( 0.002 to 50in/mm ) crosshead speed make it ideal for difficult applications including creep tests or constant holding tests. The machine includes standard pass/fail capabilities and statistics. The LF Plus displays load and extension information on a high visibility LCD console with integral membrane keypad. The machine's intuitive firmware displays prompts and menus guide the user through setup, operation and maintenance functions. passwords may be used to limit functions to authorized users. Information can be displayed in multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, and Danish. Additional load cell capacities available upon request. Machine performance can be optimized by using our Nexygen Plus series application software. This windows software package lets users run standard tests including pull to break , pull to limit, compress to break , compress to limit and cycling as well as customized testing. Information can easily be exported to Microsoft Office products including WORD, ACCESS, and EXCEL.
