The LRXPlus series Advanced Universal Testing System is ideal for material testing applications up to 5kN (1124lbf ). Suitable for complex testing applications and testing high elongation materials, the standard LRXPlus features a single column with a crosshead travel range of 735mm ( 60in ). The extended version features a crosshead travel range of 1370mm ( 60 in ) The LRXPlus series features an integral control console with a multi-function membrane keypad and easy to read backlit LCD display. Load and extension are displayed and may be indicated in user selectable units. The system is capable of storing up to 600 test results from a choice of 10 programmable test setups. Different languages are provided. Test parameters are entered using the keypad in a sequential menu driven format, or externally with a personal computer and the optional NEXYGEN PLUS data analysis software, RS232 serial data communications are standard. The LRXPlus series uses XLC series interchangeable load cells as the measurement device. Tension and compression with cycling to load limits are standard features. The load measuring system exceeds the requirements of BS EN ISO 7500: 199. Class 0.5 or Class 1, ASTM E4, DIN 51221. Standard key features include constant load holding, load rate control, pre-loading of samples and cycling to load or extension limits, multi-stage testing with optional NEXYGEN PLUS. Extension resolution of better than 0.1 micron, crosshead speed of 0.01 to 1020mm/min (0.0004 to 40.16 in/min ), speed accuracy of better than +/- 0.2%, RS232 interface , digital and analog extensometer inputs, multi-unit display options, multi-lingual display options. The machine performance can be maximized when combined with NEXYGEN PLUS. The software also lets you manipulate data to produce detailed analytical reports, plus offers the ability to integrate with popular Windows software packages including EXCEL, ACCESS, WORD, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK. . A wide assortment of grips and fixtures are also available to support virtually any type of test. You must choose at least one load cell to have a functional system. Each machine ships complete with a operators manual, RS232 cable, power supply cable, and necessary hardware. Ships via common carrier.
