Completely configurable you choose only the options you want when you want them. Features are field enabled and may be purchased at anytime by entering a field activation code.The ESM301 and ESM301L feature an LCD display with dedicated up/down/stop , and emergency buttons. Selectable speeds in both in/min and mm/min.. Password lockout prevents unwanted changes to test stand configuration.Field activated options include: Auto return- permits crosshead to move to one limit switch or force setpoint, stops and reverses direction to the other limit or setpoint. Cycling/Dwell time allows crosshead to move up and down between limits and setpoints. Dwell time allows operator to program pause time between cycles, Break Detection-the crosshead automatically stops at a sudden drop in force, Load Holding- Dynamically adjusts the crosshead position to maintain a programmed load for a specified period, Preload- Automatically stops and zeroes the travel display at an initial preload-useful in tensile, compression, spring, and other testing applications. Preload value is programmable as a percentage of full scale, three modes are stop, stop and zero adn zero without stopping, computer control option emulates Chatillon TCD200 test stand and allows stand to be used with Chatillon Nexygen FM or TCD software. All options require use on optional BG series gauge( not include with test stand) Integrated upper and lower limit switches Now with 18 inch travel (ESM301L) and 11.5 inch travel (ESM301) Complete options package allows stand to operate with Chatillon Nexygen FM and TCD software Low cost replacement for Chatillon TCD200 test stands.
